If you are in the process of creating your MYSelectPT Portal account and you receive the following error, then this article is for you:
This error is generated when you try to create a MYSelectPT Portal account and the email address entered is already associated with an account. This occurs for two reasons:
- You created an account with this clinic previously and have returned for new therapy.
- You created an account while receiving therapy from a different clinic that also uses our Portal application.
Since you already have an existing account, simply follow the Reset Password instructions to access your account.
