Overview

The MySelectPT mobile app is a convenient way to take your Home Exercise Program with you everywhere you go! All you need is a smartphone or tablet with an internet connection.

Create Goals

Focusing on specific, achievable goals can help you stick with your care plan and start your recovery in a positive way. You can add personalized goals directly into the application, and set exercise frequency and duration as a way to motivate yourself during care. You can update and mark goals as complete while you progress, so you can always keep your big picture in mind!

Complete Exercises

View and complete exercises prescribed by your therapist. Each exercise contains a video demonstration and written instructions to help you complete the exercise correctly. You’ll also see information about the number of sets and reps required, or duration for timed exercises.

Message Your Therapist

The application comes with a secure messaging system that allows you to communicate with your therapist between appointments. When your message is replied to, you will receive an email and in-app notification.
