The MYSelectPT Portal can assist you on the road to recovery by providing access to the Home Exercise Program designed specifically for you.

Complete Exercises

View and complete exercises prescribed by your therapist. Each exercise contains a video demonstration and written instructions to help you complete the exercise correctly. You’ll also see information about the number of sets and reps required, or duration for timed exercises.

Message Your Therapist

The web application comes with a secure messaging system that allows you to communicate with your therapist between appointments. When your message is replied to, you will receive an email and in-app notification.

Track Progress and Goals

The system tracks your progress as you work through your care plan. As you complete exercises or achieve your personal daily goal, points are awarded. You can compare your weekly points to previous weeks to verify that you are maximizing the benefits of your care plan.
