Print Care Plan Exercises

Printing your Care Plan can be beneficial if you are unable to use the mobile application or will be somewhere without an internet connection.

1. Ensure you are on the Exercises tab.

2. Scroll to the bottom of the page.

3. Click the Print icon located in the bottom-right corner.

4. You will be directed to a printable version of your Care Plan. There, select the Print icon again.

5. Lastly, follow your computer's printer prompts to finish printing your Care Plan.

To print a previously prescribed Care Plan, you will need to switch to that routine prior to following the below instructions. For more information on switching Care Plans, please see: Access Your Other Care Plans.
