      To reset a forgotten password using the mobile app:

      1. Click Sign In.

      1. Type in the email address associated with the account and select Send Reset Password Instructions.

      1. Select Reset Password within the email.

      1. A new page will open in your internet browser. Enter a new password and confirm the new password. Then, click Change my password. You can now log in to the mobile app using your new password.
